Redetermination

Make sure your mailing address and contact information are up to date with DHHS. You can do this:

• Through your NH EASY account
• By contacting DHHS Customer Service (1-844-ASK-DHHS)(1-844-275-3447), faxing or mailing to DHHS, or dropping by at any District Office.

You can also sign up for texts and email alerts through your NH EASY account.

You may have received a yellow notice (PDF) by mail or you may see a link highlighted in yellow in your NH EASY account. Check the due date. Not everyone will have the same due date. Renew your Medicaid benefits within 60 days of the due date shown on your yellow letter or NH EASY account. If you have not yet received your yellow notice and think you should have, please call 1-844-ASK-DHHS (1-844-275-3447).

Note: If more than one member of your family is on Medicaid, you may have different due dates. Make sure to check the name and due date on each letter you receive.

If you do not renew your eligibility by the date shown on your yellow notice, you may lose your coverage. Continue receiving Medicaid coverage without disruption. All Medicaid members in your house must renew their eligibility to stay covered. Renewing by the date shown in your yellow notice helps to ensure you are still eligible for benefits.
